Blueberry Lemon Pull-Apart Bread

Thoughts: This one requires foresight and pre-planning. First, you have to make the bread mixture and let it rise…so, it’s not a wake-up-and-go recipe. Secondly, you add your elements to the risen dough, and once again, you let it rise. I’m incredibly impatient and having to wait was torture for me, but it turned out great in the end! I slightly overcooked which lead to a dryer outside than I would have liked, but the inside was perfect! It had great flavor and wasn’t overly sweet. However, I think I would have like just a litttttle more sweetness.
