Ricotta Grape Toast

Thoughts: I love a good fancy toast. It was the first time I had thrown grapes into the oven, but it made them perfect for tossing onto toast and ricotta. To be entirely honest, it wasn’t as sweet as I thought/hoped it would be. It was yummy, but without the sweetness, it wasn’t anything exciting. If I were hosting friends, I’d definitely consider making this since it looks so lovely, but I’d add some more honey or sweetener.
