Thoughts: There is SO MUCH going on with this pizza, but it’s absolutely incredible. It’s savory, a bit sweet, and all the layers slowly develop with every bite. All I could say was “oh, wow” because it was the most complex pizza I’ve ever tasted! There is apple butter, gorgonzola, prosciutto, honey, sage, and more. I’m so impressed by this and it’s definitely a “fancy” pizza that I would make to show off to friends and family!
Score: 9 out of 10, only because it’s a lot of work.
