Thoughts: I have been WAITING for apple cider season so I could finally make this cocktail! It has three things I love in my drinks - whiskey, apple cider, and ginger beer. This recipe even has some apple butter, orange juice, and orange zest. It was the perfect cocktail to pour into my fancy Pottery Barn skeleton glasses that Mr. San Diego bought for my birthday in August! Cheers!
