Thoughts: I won’t lie - I had ZERO expectations for this recipe. I was convinced it would be underwhelming, and to my completely surprise, it turned out to be absolutely DELICIOUS and super easy! Everything was just thrown into a pressure cooker and I didn’t have to make any special sauces or sides. It was perfect for a cold January day, and we had plenty of leftover soup for the next few days. I LOVE THIS ONE! It’s a little spicy but soooo comfy-cozy in your belly.
