Luce Bar & Kitchen | San Diego
Luce Bar & Kitchen is one of my favorite places to eat in San Diego. Located in Bay Park, this awesome gastropub has incredible food and a super cool vibe. Mr. San Diego and I have been here for many brunches and dinner dates, and their delicious burgers and fries keep us coming back for more.
Luce Bar & Kitchen is as good today as when it first opened in 2012. It is always crowded during rush hours and is a very popular spot for the locals. They have expanded once since opening and are set to expand again within the next eight months.
If you go for brunch, I highly recommend their Carnitas Egg Benedict. If you go for Lunch or Dinner, you have to try their burger and fries. You get a side of delicious garlic aioli that is perfect to dip your fries in. Try out one of their incredible cocktails while you're at it!
Mr. San Diego is a fan of their tacos and he got the Braised Lamb Tacos. Honestly, everything we have ever had here is delicious. They have Happy Hour every day from 3:00pm to 5:00pm for food, and 3:00pm to 6:00pm for drinks.
Check out the wall for Chef's Specials too. We have had awesome dishes like pizza with escargot in the past, and there is always something fun and new on there!
