The Wild Detectives | Bishop Arts District
There is no other way to describe the Bishop Arts District except by calling it COOL. It’s two blocks of super trendy and hip restaurants, boutiques, and more in the Oak Cliffs area of Downtown Dallas. One of the places that I’ve really been wanting to check out is The Wild Detectives - a bookstore, a coffee shop, a bar, and a gathering place. Located right off the main strip, it’s almost hidden between two houses because, well, it was a house before it was a shop! I wish I would have remembered to take a photo of the front because it’s super cool!
Mr. San Diego and I felt like we were back in San Diego walking around South Park. We love these unique and special establishments, and I personally loveeee books, coffee, and a good whiskey drink. It was exactly the kind of place that is perfect for hanging out for a while and taking some Instagram worthy shots. I’m glad we finally got to go!
If you have a chance to check it out, grab an Irish Coffee, buy a book, and hang out in the back patio with friends!
